Terrible apartments lived here for a year and the staff was always rude. Maintenance was chill but moving out was a hassle they have so many hidden fees in their contracts. Terrible complex
I have posted good reviews in the past. However, after living here a year and the things I have endured-I mean-maybe it's okay for MOBILE? BUT, to feel good about myself, I must say- to live here, you definitely must be okay with the continuous putrid smell of Marijuana. You HAVE to use their appliances or pay storage for theirs-but they will NOT keep them working. If you jave to park under a dead tree and it falls in your car-that's your problem.
Worst place to live. I didn’t listen so PLEASE listen to me they are awful and will charge you for everything when you leave even stuff that happened before you even moved in
I’d give this apartment community 4 stars overall. My experience has been good so far, and it’s been a comfortable place to live. The property is generally well-kept, and I haven’t had any major issues. One of my favorite features is the pool—it’s really nice and a great place to relax when it’s open. There are a few areas that could be improved, but overall I’m happy here and would recommend it to others looking for a solid place to live.
The Apartment complex is very nice and quiet. They do threaten to charge you for a lot of small things( non patio furniture outside, using the trash bins when they are full). They are a bit slow when it comes to completing maintain request but overall, I love my apartment and the location.
