I’d give this apartment community 4 stars overall. My experience has been good so far, and it’s been a comfortable place to live. The property is generally well-kept, and I haven’t had any major issues. One of my favorite features is the pool—it’s really nice and a great place to relax when it’s open. There are a few areas that could be improved, but overall I’m happy here and would recommend it to others looking for a solid place to live.
The Apartment complex is very nice and quiet. They do threaten to charge you for a lot of small things( non patio furniture outside, using the trash bins when they are full). They are a bit slow when it comes to completing maintain request but overall, I love my apartment and the location.

I’ve been here for over a year now and I can truly say I love living here. Courtney in the front office is amazing! She always listens and gets on top of any concerns I might have. Eric in maintenance has been a huge help as well! I had a recent leak while I was out of town and he was able to get in under control before I even made it home. I appreciate the whole team!!
Do not recommend living here. My apartment flooded 3 different times and my apartment was full of mold because of it and all they did was paint over the mold. When I tried getting out of my lease because of it they wouldn’t let me unless I paid thousands of dollars. All they do is scam the people that live here and make them live in unlivable conditions.
