If I could leave no stars I would!!! This apartment complex is scam artist!!! They will charge you for anything and everything when you move out!! They will make up stories about condition of the apartment even when you have photo evidence of how you left it!!!
My fiancée and I were tenants at Regency for 3 years. We felt as if we were great tenants, we paid our rent on time and never caused any problems. We moved out this July and we were completely screwed over. We were charged with over $1600 worth of damage for our apartment. The apartment staff fails to fix my Air Conditioning heavy noise complaint; they also won’t fix my dishwasher, the staff lost the key to my apartment and kept passing the blame. I’ve had it now with the pool gates are always locked by my apartment building and never allowed to open. Do not move into these units, the staff will never fix your problems and the pool access during daytime is difficult or outright denied.
-Staff is allways inside of the office but never picks up the phone -Overcharge on fees that do not exist -Money hungry -Don’t fix things in timely manner
A bug infested, pest ridden, absolute garbage dump. $1300 a month for endless unfulfilled maintenance requests, staff deleting your requests and gaslighting they’ve been addressed. You like cockroaches, flies, other pests, you will be inundated with them here without response from owners.
