A bug infested, pest ridden, absolute garbage dump. $1300 a month for endless unfulfilled maintenance requests, staff deleting your requests and gaslighting they’ve been addressed. CARTER from Maintenance is the best!
I do not live here, but I am looking for a good place to live. I have been skimming through the reviews, and it seems the owner and/or management like to respond publicly to those concerns, but the same complaints have persisted over the last year, alone, so it is obvious that they do not care to do better. Since writing a review seems to be the only way to get anyone to do anything, here’s my experience: I signed the lease July 2024, I moved in the next week (first week of august) Under the kitchen sink was mold, the shelf there was absolutely broken, roaches, a ceiling leak from the unit above, no window screens, a wobbly fan, burnt out bathroom lights, broken windows, windows glued shut and leaking when it rains, leaking sink facet, broken brick on fireplace, BLACK RUNNING WATER AND NO AC!!
