I just wanted to take a minute to give the maintenance team Carter and Able a 5 star review for all the work that they have completed in my home. I know they’re short handed and overwhelmed and I really appreciate them for making my unit a priority!! We have to remember to give people grace, there’s only so much they can handle at a time
We’ve gotten so many compliments from family how nice our apartment is, how nice the pool is! It is truly a dream to live here we love it, me, my wife & kids :)

I am currently a resident at Regency Gates, and I am severely disappointed in my experience as a tenant. The lack of attention to maintenance requests has been incredibly frustrating. We moved in during October and immediately submitted a request to have a broken light fixed in the second bedroom, which we were using as a nursery. However, no one came to address the issue until January—while we were in the hospital with our newborn.
