Willow Tree was a horrible experience! They treat you like a number, you have to sit and wait for the dentist forever and to make matters worse you NEVER see the same dentist, staff, or hygienist. I will never go back!
They are very friendly and take their time with you. It is appreciated.
While some staff were friendly, others were terribly arrogant, cold and rude. My mother had money stolen from her room several times and the mgmt refused to investigate or report the thefts to police. Her medications also disappeared or were 'lent' to other residents by so-called caregivers. Often the food portions were tiny and served cold - my diabetic mother waited up to 45 minutes after the beginning of meal times for her food to be served (yet when family members were invited to dine on "family night," the food miraculo... read more
