Owns Plaza Square Mall in Wayne NJ on Hamburg Turnpike. Consistently has leafblowers going late night despite township code. I notified the town health department, and got these guys on twitter, and they started doing it earlier for a while but went back to violating town noise pollution ordinances. I live in a condo right beside the parking lot they blow clear late every night. Highly inconsiderate of peope who have to get up early and work. Hope you get fined.
I'd love to see Regency sell off their property in Half Moon Bay, CA to a company that wants to support the communities it does business in.
The local Regency Center / Strawflower Shopping Center in Half Moon Bay California is definitely NOT neighbor or community friendly. In addition, I believe the 5 star reviews on this site are all from employees or folks affiliated with Regency Centers.
Shame on you support the businesses and the small towns you are in and profit from.
Recency Center you are a poor example of a business that respects our Coastside businesses and our community. Shame on you and how you conduct business, please sell Strawflower Shopping Center in Half Moon Bay and get the heck out of our community.
Regency Centers--you are DESTROYING our wonderful King Farm Village Center. Your high rent, not reflective of the market value, is causing hardworking small business owners to move their businesses out of King Farm. While you are a large corporation with properties throughout the US with deep pockets, our business owners do not have pockets deep enough to justify rent that is sometimes triple the amount of rent of shopping centers outside of our neighborhood, and, as a result, we are seeing them close their shops like domino... read more
