This company is what is wrong with the world. This is a company that will skirt the law and flat out lie. They have no concern for the environment and will pull every trick in the book to not take responsibility. They recently sent two fake environmentalists to one of their properties in Westport, CT to remove an Osprey nest and throw it in the trash...the Ospreys were there and mating and were crying for their nest. Seeing those osprey return to no nest broke my heart. You threw the platform and the nest in a dumpster? You lied about being authorized to remove it. You know nothing about birds. Or humanity. Regency Centers is Managing a shopping plaza in Cooper City Florida where my jeweler was located. MY ROLEX WATCH was in the store. It is my understanding that Regency will NOT return my Rolex Watch. I have repeatedly attempted to contact Kristi Boyles. I am in no way associated with any conflict between your company and the jeweler. You do not have the right to confiscate my ROLEX WATCH. If you need to push out small business owners, some having been there for 31 years like Jade Garden, then you are nobody I would ever do business with!! Whole Foods should have stayed away, I’ll never shop there nor will many other local residents. These other businesses were lead to believe that Whole Foods would help grow their business not extinguish it!! What a terrible business philosophy and an attitude of nobody matters but us!! Small business is being run out by companies like Regency, how very sad!
I can’t believe they’re pushing out good restaurants and a wonderful ups man for a stupid AAA. DISAPPOINTING.
Regency Centers is a greedy organization. Hopefully all the Napa, CA Center renters will leave after they raise the rent so much small business' can't afford the rent.
