Just a quick note, I very rarely ever leave feedback for anything but after our experience with this company I had to. Brenda is the most miserable person we have ever encountered. Just because you have issues with yourself, doesn't give you the right to treat everyone else the way you treat yourself. We have never been treated so rudely by anyone. Definitely Recommend – We have used Regency Rental Associates for nearly 10 years, and have nothing but good to say about them. They have carefully screened our tenants, each of them staying for multiple years without incident. In the nearly 10 years, we have turned tenants over only twice (on third tenant now). They do it all - calling us only to authorize needed repairs if an emergency occurs, and the contractors and service people they have on their Rolodex are professional, thorough and reasonable. WOULD RECOMMEND !!!!! – We have used Regency for several years. We think that they are WONDERFUL !!!! We have many Coast Guard friends that have used Regency as a management company or rented from them. I have never heard anyone complain. When we were looking for a property management company we found Regency to be a very reputable company. They were referred by several realtors from different agencies. I had to comment because the previous comment is not my experience.
I do NOT recommend! – I initially called Regency to have them manage my rental property and spoke with a lady named Carol. She was very "to the point", although informative I cannot say that she was inviting. Carol repeated several times: "If we do not agree on a monthly rental amount we will NOT be working with you".
