I really dont have problems with doctor or nurse its the ladies at the front as you walk in that are rough n rude as if feeling sick already isnt bad enough. Just let me check in and go sit down n wait. Its so repetitive and I go there so much they should know my face. I miss going to my doctor and being welcomed instead of acting like we are there as a bother and asking date of birth and name when i have to give it repeatedly once i check in and with nurses again and lab.
I was very sick last week. My doctor got me fixed up good already getting better.
I have only used RHN since Dec. 2024, but in my handful of visits, I haven't been very satisfied. I understand its a medical facility and they aren't designed to be fun, but it would be nice if the front desk receptionist wasn't so rude. Clearly the receptionist dislikes their job, there is no kindness, patience or sense of caring. The wait times are ok-ish, better than Family Medicine Center, but still average 45 minutes to an hour after the appointment time to even be called back.
