Appreciated that they made a mistake right. Took my Honda in earlier this week for ac troubles, got it fixed, but it wasn't working again today. I still wasn't pleased I had to take time out to have them fix their own mistake, but, everyone deserves a 2nd chance and they did make it right and took care of it. They did so in good time and all is well.
I had my front car headlights cleaned at the reganis body shop today as they were getting yellow from the sun and they did an amazing job I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service I rcvd from the body shop manager Mr. Garcia if anyone needs their headlights cleaned this is the place to go.
Will do everthing in my power not to deal with Reganis again, not only did I get poor work done on my auto they put my life & others lives in danger on the roads, they did work that required pulling a tire off my car & when they put it back on they didn't tighten the lug nuts, they were hand tight & didn't fully notice until 1 lug got sheared off, I called they said "oh well we will fix it" & they said to me "your welcome for fixing our incompetence"!!!!!!!

Absolutely the best experience at a dealership in Scottsbluff, NE. We have bought several cars from Mike and his team, each time it has been great service! Upfront pricing, with no games, and a fair price paid on trade in's. They have always gone out of their way to do what it takes to complete the sale!
