Dr. Chan was caring, attentive and compassionate. He listened to my complaints regarding my ailments and he responded with great bedside manner. He was easy to talk to and professional throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chan to anyone looking for a PCP or Family Doctor. I’ll be back, that’s for sure.
Dr Regan Chan is very attentive to us as his patients. Very thorough when explaining any questions or concerns we express upon him about our visit. Even better, he is always generally available when we want to get into see him in the same day or sooner. He's #1 in my book of primary doctors. My overall experience with UC Irvine Health Medical Group(s) has been awesome.
I only got to meet with Dr. Chan a couple of times before I had to switch insurance once again, but he was already my favorite primary care doctor I had ever had. I highly recommend him. Very personable, smart, and interested. Took the time to get an accurate picture of my issues, even though I have a pretty complex genetic condition that involves a ton of different symptoms and comorbidities. I'm sad I can't continue seeing him.
Dr. Chan was the first doctor to properly diagnose me with fibromyalgia. After years of agonizing pain, he was the one doctor who believed my pain was real and not in my head. Since then, he has taken over the primary care of my sons (age 12 and 3) my daughter (age 9) and my husband. I cannot say enough good things about this man, he is one of the only doctors I've ever met who has humility, if he doesn't know what's wrong with you, he says so but he will never stop until he figures it out.
Dr. Chan is a fantastic. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I am a woman and have always chosen female doctors so I was hesitant to switch to a male doctor. I'm so glad I did. I feel completely comfortable and like he genuinely wants to hear about and resolve my health concerns. His office is very nice and his staff is polite, friendly and seem like they enjoy working together. Many drs offices have that stressed out, running behind feeling as soon as you walk in. Not this one. Highly recommend.
I'm 40 years old and think that Dr. Chan is the best doctor I've ever worked with. He's intelligent, proactive, takes his time, listens to his patient and seems to be genuinely concerned about the health of his patients.
