I do pickups and deliveries here for FEDEX and all of the employees that I interface with are friendly and helpful. In fact, in the past when I had a whole van of packages, the manager gave me his employees to help me unload. Great customer!
This place is very unprofessional. Stay away
The people who work there are generally very polite and helpful. The problem is the manager Gui Castro who has to be one of the most toxic people I have ever met. He is beyond rude and disrespectful to drivers, office staff, and the guys on the dock. I have had the unfortunate luck to run into him on 3-4 pickups and he is a nasty little man. He clearly hates his job and the people he works with and treats everyone like we are all beneath him and talks down to people rudely. He is very short so avoid him if you can. The rest ... read more
