I appreciate the timeliness and attention to any repairs or concerns. Staff at the Towers are truly amazing. Always kind, friendly, and very attentive. It really makes for a pleasant rental. I have one star remaining, due to the annual increase of an average of 1200 per year,since my move in, that simply is too high. Also, treat your staff well. They are who and what, make regal tower 2 a great place to live.
I am putting an addition to my previous review and removing two stars. Although the previous review still stands I am reducing my review because of a notice I have received for an increase in rent of 142 dollars, which brings my overall increase to almost 500 dollars in 3 years. This just isn't right. The justification is an increase in all living costs, well I haven't received anything to accommodate those costs in my wages, why should I have to bare the brunt of all those costs, why wouldn't a big business like Boardwalk b... read more
