We really wanted to like this place. Everything was great until we went to pick up our items from our home move. The ceiling caved in and left some sort of rust colored rank liquid on most of our belongings. When we called today and told Management about the damage caused by their building and ceiling material, they said there was nothing they could do for us. We easily lost $2000 worth of items, some sentimental. I will update this review if anything changes.
The easiest application. The service was great. Toni is the sweetest! She had everything ready for me to sign took me for a tour to the locker and threw in a lock. She thanked me for my service which most times people say it out of habit but she seemed sincere. God bless her!
This place is the best!! I have used them several times and never any issues. They have good prices, many sizes, with or without climate control, and they keep this place spotless!! I've never been there and not seen maintenance people staying busy. That's why it still looks like they just built it. It can accommodate moving trucks well, I've had a 30' in the a few times.
