With all the rain this summer, we developed a drip around the metal fireplace flue of our house. Had a different roofer come out and he caulked around flue saying that would hopefully take care of it, but it did not when next rain came. Called another roofing company who sent someone out to evaluate and several days later received a quote, but after several weeks waiting, realized they were too busy to do my repairs in a timely manner.
