We moved in here 4 years ago because Maggie was an amazing sales person. She wasn't the manager at the time but now she is and she's fantastic. The maintenance team is on top of things from unclogging your toilet (which I had no idea maintenance did and they've never had to do for me) to fixing the oven light because the stupid thing just won't stay on. Perfect home and location on south hill, management and maintenance are amazing!!!!!@
I love living here. Everyone is friendly and the management is always on top of things. This place feels like a home and not an complex. Our townhouse is spacious and beautiful. And they treat our dog Sherman like a celebrity! We view him as the Regal Ridge welcoming committee :) if you want a safe, comfortable place to call home this is where to go!!
