I had a great experience today. The representative named Honston (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was extremely friendly and helpful. He walked me from the entrance all the way to the parts department and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel I was taken advantage of during my recent interaction with your dealership. I came in to have my brakes serviced and was told there was a transmission recall on 2015 Nissan vehicles—something I had never been notified about. I was under pressure, and what I can only describe as fear-based tactics were used to influence me into purchasing a new vehicle.
