I’ve been a Regal customer since 2008 and this is the 5th car I’ve purchased from them. Carolina is amazing, very personable and I’m glad she was my salesperson! This is John “Danny” Broadway. They did a great job servicing my recall. Only took 2 1/2 hours. The lobby is really easy to work in and has tons of snacks and drinks. Only thing that didn’t go well was a car wash that I didn’t pay for but it was less than clean. Again, not unhappy because I didn’t pay for that.
We recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue, and the entire team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. Their customer service is truly top-notch.
