This place absolutely sucks! I got my nails done and asked them to remove my ingrown toenail, not only did it hurt and burn but when i got home the pain didn't stop!! Puss started coming out of my toe nail and it hurt so bad to walk. I do not recommend this place at all and you can tell its not good from these other reviews too. Thanks for reading and im definitely taking my business somewhere else next time.
Terrible Experience at Regal Nails Salon and Spa - Avoid at All Costs! I recently had the misfortune of visiting Regal Nails Salon and Spa, and it was an absolute disaster. PLEASE DONT COME HERE‼️ Recently I came here to get my eyebrows waxed and Kim said she will do them. I get them done and don’t anything wrong at first till I get to my car. I see that she put colour on my eyebrow because she waxed off a piece of my eyebrow off as you can see in the photo. Kim could’ve at least told me she did that. I decided to call them and I start telling them Kim did this. They cut the call on me before I could even say she did that to my eyebrow. Unbelievable! Very bad service shellac chipped
I had a very bad experience with Regal nails today. They told me to come earlier than my appointed time, so I changed my schedule and was on my way. Then they called again and told me not to come since another client came in at that time. I was almost there and had to return home. Highly unprofessional. I travelled 30 mins and had to return back home.
