I went to get my acrylic nails done , The lady name Jacky was very Roude to me , she doesn’t know how to behave and talk to customers! She was not professional! She was not doing properly and leaving some roughness on my nails and when I asked to do it smooth and she was getting angry on me ! When I asked to do design on one nail and she didn’t reply , she said I don’t know how to do design her tone was very Roude ! I don’t recommend that lady and that nails place ! Such a bad experience!
My mother went to get her nails done. The woman who helped her was called Tini. I can confidently say, these nails are horrendous. It does not look ANYTHING like the picture my mom wanted. She didnt even have the right colors, spent 90 minutes doing nails I could have literally done at home with no nail experience. On top of it all, she charged my mom 75$ for this. The lady who did my nails Jacky was not at her best hygiene! She blew her nose and then rinsed her hands with just water and then did not even wear gloves. On top of that while I was drying my nail colour under Uv lamp she sat in front of me and started clipping and filing her own nails. Cleanliness is not great at this place and they don’t have good colour options. They are cheaper as compared to other nail salons but so is their service.
Bio gel refill: The lady(Jacky) completely ruined the shape of my nails. Even a five year old can do a better job. I decided not to continue with the service and asked her not to paint my nails and cut them off, she called the owner or manager Cindy to come and correct the shape but no luck. Jacky apologized for the service but Cindy is hell of a rude lady. She didn’t even apologize and she forcefully charged the full price. I wish I read the reviews first before visiting. It was my worst experience with them. I visited to get my nails full set for my engagement ceremony and they spoil my day. i specially told that lady to keep the length short but she didn’t listen, she ignore my request. I was uncomfortable with her, and after I visited same day agin to show her work and instead of fixing it she ignore me. I wasted my time and money. Personally I recommend do ho there. this is my first and last visit.
