I am extremely disappointed with my experience. After getting my face waxed here, my skin was burned and peeled off, leaving a painful wound that later turned into a scab. I have attached photos to show the result. A facial wax should never cause this kind of damage. I expected trained professionals and safe service, but instead I’m now dealing with pain and the risk of scarring. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
I had to wait for an hour. They kept saying the lady who was suppose to do manicure will come in 10 mins and then again and again 10 mins, so I kept waiting. Finally she came after an hour when I thought of leaving. She did good job in doing my nails but she ripped off me for doing nail.polish on my hands. I asked her before that if I can just get nailpolish on my hands too after pedicure. I didn't want full manicure and she said yes for doing just nailpolish. My shellac pedicure lasted 1 day. The polish literally fell off - I looked down and it was just gone on a few of the nails. I think it's due to the lamp process being rushed/not left for the full cure time, but I'm not sure. Either way, not ideal to have them wrecked so fast. I also was injured during my appointment (the top of my toe was sliced off by the grater). I don't mention this to lay blame, I mention it as part of the reason for the low rating and me not returning to this salon. I wouldn't recommend others go here.
Amazing, always love coming here for my nails, brought my mom and sister and we all loved how amazing the staff and service is here! Never had a bad experience ever!
