First pedicure with shellac here was good. Came in to remove and it wasn’t performed properly and the owner/head woman kept arguing and arguing making a big deal out of nothing even though I tipped and was polite so I had to walk away. All I asked was for white to be trimmed/filed and for the dremmel dust/debris to be removed from underneath the nails as there was clearly residue. Should be standard. Will not be returning.

I really love this salon and the staff are always so kind and welcoming, which is why I’m sad to write this. I’ve been a regular for the past few months and usually have great experiences, but during my mani-pedi on Tuesday, the service felt very rushed, though I had an appointment. Unfortunately, every single one of my fingers and three of my toes were cut while using the dremel on my cuticles.
