I have been going to Regal nails on Manhattan Blvd. Harvey Louisiana for about 10 years and Vi the manager was always kind to me, but today she was very, very rude to me. I asked her for a waxing, as I sat in the chair to be waxed, she proceeded to clean my face with alcohol I reminded her that I couldn't use the alcohol because of me allergies, she then proceeded to ignore me and do it anyway. This location is HORRIBLE with pedicures. Kids pedicure chair was broken, there were no bubbles then they could drain it at the end. I paid for the highest package $45, the lady did not remove my calluses (calluses removal is part of the process), she poured hot paraffin wax directly on my skin and says “it’s not hot”, there was no lotioning and no massage. I feel like I got robbed. I will never return to this location and I would not recommend them.
The nail shop owner just went crazy cursing, throwing things and knocking things over because a customer asked her to finish her nails. Unbelievable! Very unprofessional.
