The nail shop owner just went crazy cursing, throwing things and knocking things over because a customer asked her to finish her nails. Unbelievable! Very unprofessional.
Customer service is horrible! The technician Mai Le was a bit rude. She never spoke to me when I walked in, she just looked at me and I softened the ice by saying hello and telling her what I needed! Then when it was time to pay, she never gave me the price but yelled where is your card! I do not recommend!
This is the worst nails I ever had I will not be going back to them
my nail broke a day later and still was charged for my nail reason my nails was old but if u the nail tech don't u make the recommendation to change which that was my second refill but that's horrible customer service
the person at the front is really rude and when i asked for square it did not look scare and the nail art did not look good (crooked).
