This location is HORRIBLE with pedicures. Kids pedicure chair was broken, there were no bubbles then they could drain it at the end. I paid for the highest package $45, the lady did not remove my calluses (calluses removal is part of the process), she poured hot paraffin wax directly on my skin and says “it’s not hot”, there was no lotioning and no massage. I feel like I got robbed. I will never return to this location and I would not recommend them.
The nail shop owner just went crazy cursing, throwing things and knocking things over because a customer asked her to finish her nails. Unbelievable! Very unprofessional.
Customer service is horrible! The technician Mai Le was a bit rude. She never spoke to me when I walked in, she just looked at me and I softened the ice by saying hello and telling her what I needed! Then when it was time to pay, she never gave me the price but yelled where is your card! I do not recommend!
This is the worst nails I ever had I will not be going back to them
