I had a very frustrating experience here. For nail refill, I was told it would be $60 for regular nail paint, which already seemed high. I pointed to their price list that said $35 for a refill, and the nail tech said that only applies to powder. So I agreed to get powder only – then she said it would be $50 instead. I got a manicure done here. It was the end of the day. The lady did not know any english and did not provide me with information about pricing, options. She rushed through the process and was not gentle at all. I did not get the feel of having a manicure done at all. She tried to do some small talk but I had to ask her to repeat herself everytime because of language. Definitely not going there again. I feel like I wasted my money. Horrible.

I had an awful experience with the first nail technician. She carelessly cut my fingers several times while filing and working on my cuticles. The shape was completely off, the gel was unevenly applied, and the whole thing looked rushed and messy. I honestly couldn’t believe I paid for that. I had to go back and get it redone, and thankfully Cathy was there to fix the mess. She was professional and did a great job. If you’re planning to go here, do yourself a favor and only book with Cathy.
