I have used this salon for years and was very happy with "some" of the technicians. My 17 year old got her first set of nails and it was a total hack job. DEEEEP cuts all around her cuticles. A couple of the technicians have cut me before but never like this. I was sooooo disappointed by the refusal of the shop owner to make this right with a longtime customer.
