They RUINED my daughter's nails. She had healthy natural nails with gel on them. They buffed the gell off with an ELECTRIC BUFFER!!!! This took off the top of her natural nails. They had gotten fairly long, but the nails began to break very easily the day after her manicure. The gel even peeled off. HER NAILS WERE BREAKING BELOW THE WHITE PART and it was VERY PAINFUL. I got exactly what I asked for. I wish I remembered my technician's name, but I have never left the salon disappointed. Would HIGHLY recommend to all my friends and family.
I personally would recommend coming to this salon if you are in the area Billy did my nails and they were literally breathtaking
I disagree. I think Billy does an excellent job. He has done my nails 3 times. Every time my nails have turned out looking very professional. Thank you!
DO NOT GO TO BILLY!! I went to get a gel manicure and he completely ruined my nails. He wasn't paying attention to what he was doing, and even hurt my cuticles as he worked. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any nail salon before. I will never go back!
I would not go here if I was anyone. I over heard them speaking and the lady say "sh" and once I got up and had left I noticed they weren't even finished being done, hair was still on my eyebrows that weren't suspose to be. She totally messed them up I do not have a arch on my brows no more. There's a huge chunk of hair missing on beginning I have to now color them in.
Professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything I could ask for in a salon. Definitely will be returning!
I completely disagree with the other review on here. I've been going to regal nails for years and enjoy every visit. I'm never disappointed with their quality of work. The customer service can be a little slow when it gets busy (which it does). But other than that, the staff is very conversational and friendly. My nails receive so many compliments by my friends and coworkers!!! There are many colors and designs to choose from and the workers are very professional when it comes to requests.
