It was my first time at regal and the two lady's that did my nails were so nice and they did excellent set of acrylic. I think it's the best set I have had

I went here to have my BIAB removed. I waited for much longer than I'd have anticipated but would not have minded this if I was happy with the end result as I was not in a rush to be anywhere. After waiting so long I was very disappointed that the technician rushed the removal and did a bad job. I left with my nails each a different length and shape due to rushed and aggressive filing.
