The workers were late opening, customers waiting outside for someone to open. I was not inform of no nail tech( they were 1 1/2 hours late with only three pedi techs there. They did not tell me no nail tech and put me soaking nails off for 1 1/2hours. I left after two hours with only my old nails removed. Poor service and poor communication!
