Lady was sitting on her chair on her phone the other guy said something to her in Vietnamese and she looked up at me and then she got up slowly and then she she proceeded to do my nails. I asked her if she could give me coffin nails, and then she started grinding my nails down too very short when they were super long and natural not happy with her. I won’t ever go back to regal if I could leave them zero stars I would.

Last time I’ll go here… not sure why I even tried the second time. They’re rude and they really don’t have a lot of skill. It hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet and my nails broke. The tech couldn’t do the design and switched me and they made me feel like a burden even when I said we could skip the design and do just color. I skipped my pedicure because I wanted to leave so bad and almost cried. I’ve never had them be in such bad condition so early on and I’m not rough on my nails so this is crazy.
