Lousy customer service,, always short handed, and I say in a chair for 35 minutes nobody approached me, not saying that they are racist,, but I'm black and I was obviously ignored!!!
I went there today.Mai was busy and the only other worker was a guy ( been going there for years, first time seeing him)..it was the worst,.he rushed the job, feet felt unclean...was charged $30 even though I didn't want polish....
This man the only man there, cut half of my toe nail off, i ask him to stop. He was so rude made me cry.. and said he's the boss / owner..i know who the owner is Kelly's. So i went to another nail salon, they took a picture of and she said she knows the owner and will let her know... i been going here over 2 years, never had any problem expect for today, not one lady said anything, its okay call the health department plus took a picture of the toe in case it gets ineffective...
