I went there today.Mai was busy and the only other worker was a guy ( been going there for years, first time seeing him)..it was the worst,.he rushed the job, feet felt unclean...was charged $30 even though I didn't want polish....

This man the only man there, cut half of my toe nail off, i ask him to stop. He was so rude made me cry.. and said he's the boss / owner..i know who the owner is Kelly's. So i went to another nail salon, they took a picture of and she said she knows the owner and will let her know... i been going here over 2 years, never had any problem expect for today, not one lady said anything, its okay call the health department plus took a picture of the toe in case it gets ineffective... The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because of Helen and Quinn. Helen did my nails and Quinn did my feet. I haven't had a mani pedi in over a year, they did a fantastic job. Whoever the boss is, she is very aggressive and talks at you and not to you. After looking through these reviews, I'm not the only one who has called her out on being aggressive towards her own customers. She really belittles your idea of what you want.
