Customer service is not the best but they do pretty good, work.
Had my nails removed today. And they were VERY VERY rough with my nails. They acted like they didn't care about me but they charged me twice $20 to get them removed. They let little children put their feet/shoes in the place where we do our pedicures. I will never ever go there again.
I went dec 19 they did a bad job and on top of that I gave a $10 tip but looking at my bank account they tipped themselves $20 tip extra!!!!
Lousy customer service,, always short handed, and I say in a chair for 35 minutes nobody approached me, not saying that they are racist,, but I'm black and I was obviously ignored!!!
I went there today.Mai was busy and the only other worker was a guy ( been going there for years, first time seeing him)..it was the worst,.he rushed the job, feet felt unclean...was charged $30 even though I didn't want polish....
