I have been going there for years and I really like it. Mike always says hi to me and remembers my name. He even greets me when I just go to do some shopping at Walmart. I have worked as a nail tech and have seen some comments here that are unfounded because of the lack of education on how "artificial nails" work with the "Natural nail bed." I was a regular customer here for years until.... I was getting a pedicure and fill in and had the most terrible customer experience EVER! I accidentally jerked a little because i guess she hit a sensitive spot when she was filing my nail and she took the nail file and wrapped me across the top of my foot. It was so embarrassing and disrespectful. All the other customers and associates mouths were hanging open in shock. It seemed to me that this place really focuses on QUANTITY and not QUALITY. Its all about get you out the door fast so the next one can get in. Unfortunately the outcome suffers greatly. When I complained about not liking the finished product of my nails.... I was told.... "Its supposed to look like that". The staff is rude & impersonal to the "walk-in" crowd. I will NEVER return.
