This salon denied manicure service to a wheelchair bound customer. Exact comment was “we don’t accept people in wheelchairs.”
Most the people are very nice but the quality of my nails not so much. First off it took 15 minutes max for her to do my nails they turned out crooked, nails were different sizes and shapes, and there are a few super thin nails and a few super thick. My nails were also not laid down the best, so they started to lift at the bottom not even a few days after I got them done. I’ve been there 2 times and we have spent way over 100 each time plus tip and it was the most unfriendly experience with Kelly the owner (she says ). We thought maybe a bad day the first time but no they don’t do what u want ur nails done like. Try and make conversation and nothing just a shitty experience both times. Will never go back. I took my daughter there for a very simple manicure, with a basic almond nail design. We explained, even had a photo to show exactly what she asked for. The younger woman was very pleasant and tried her best to help, but she was with another customer helping with a pedicure. So my daughter was seen by the elderly manicurist, she did a duck shaped French manicure instead of what was shown, or what was asked for. Very friendly, speak relatively good English but need to work on their technique with the Drexel tool, did major damage to my nails. Between that and heavy handed with the file I walked out four sore and extremely sensitive nails almost down to my nail bed. After filing product off she didn’t do any manicuring. I will NEVER go back.
