BAD experience @ Peoria Il Allen Road Regal Nail Salon. Pedicure was the worst! Had person Named PiPi could not understand me trying to tell him my callouses needed more attention. I asked for the manager, he had no clue what manager meant! Got the Mgr Name was Nancy, she had such poor CSR skills. I asked her to step out a moment so I would not complain in front of her other customers. She declined said talk there! Regal nails is a very professional ,full service nail salon that I would return to for all my pedicures and manicures. They meet all me needs and were very polite and professional.I refer them to all my family and friends..
