Came in with my friend to get mani/ pedi for both of us. Got seated in a chair and given tepid water to soak in while waiting for a tech. Left sitting for 3-4 minutes and asked 3 times for hot water. Left sitting for another 6 before anyone came to adjust the chair. She moved it back and forth, up and down but never actually started the chair. The water has now gone cold and I'm done. This was the first and LAST time I go to this salon. They are very rude and have terrible customer service. My nail tech is in the Spring Branch area but I needed my polish removed so I came here. I very clearly told the lady in front that I just wanted my polish removed, NOT the acrylic. Well 4 nails in I am seeing that she’s ruining my acrylic with her drill and I stopped her. Really good service. The nail tech lady did an amazing job with my pedicure. Anything I had an issue with she fixed it and made sure my nails were prepped and cleaned. Recommend coming here.
