Manager with poor customer service. Under stressful, full capacity in the nail salon there is no organization on service. I will never go back nor recommend anyone to go there. Inconsistency with the level of professionalism from the manager and the employees. How can an employee know what the customer wants and speaks to the customer in a professional manner, but the manager lacks this important trait. If you want great service, in a warm and professional environment seek alternatives. Freedom of Speech!!!
