Garbage warehouse. Poorly organized, dirty environment, and very unprofessional operations. Nothing runs smoothly here, and there’s a clear lack of management and accountability. Overall, a very unpleasant place with no regard for efficiency or basic standards.
Had a really bad experience with Regal Logistics. Inventory went missing (we’re talking thousands of dollars), and once we started asking questions it was like we didn’t exist. I called multiple times and sent emails, barely any replies and no clear answers. If you value your inventory and time, I honestly wouldn’t recomend them
Worst mistake in my logistics carries for 20 years be partner with Regal, they consistently have inaccurate inventory, mis-shipping and additionally they can not ship it on time. Overall, all metrics bad and management don’t want to deal with it.
