Came in at 6am for a 8am apt, but security guard said I need to come back at 7:30 because warehouse opens at 8am. Came back at 7:30 and guard gave me a form to fill out. MAKE sure you have the apt # available. It took my dispatcher 15 mins to find it. Once you give form back, he assigns you a door. Backing into dock is easy. Plenty of space. Garbage warehouse. Poorly organized, dirty environment, and very unprofessional operations. Nothing runs smoothly here, and there’s a clear lack of management and accountability. Overall, a very unpleasant place with no regard for efficiency or basic standards.
Had a really bad experience with Regal Logistics. Inventory went missing (we’re talking thousands of dollars), and once we started asking questions it was like we didn’t exist. I called multiple times and sent emails, barely any replies and no clear answers. If you value your inventory and time, I honestly wouldn’t recomend them
