Horrible experience over the phone with the “Sales Manager Thomas” How does a vehicle 2023 Honda Hybrid Sport go from $33,200k listed advertised price to $40k ??? And the fact that he pulled the “I am from NY card” is irrelevant & totally unprofessional while negotiating! FYI NOONE CARES nor asked you! Please stay Away from this dealer…. Amazing dealership. Talan Miller made what I had previously thought was an impossible deal possible, for a car that wasn't even in our budget going in. The entire sales floor was very kind and accommodating, we never felt pressured to do anything we did not want like in other dealerships. Best part was that promises made were promises kept, not a single cent more than what we had agreed to pay out the door.
