Having worked in the sewing industry since 1980, owner, Irene Fransk, felt the time was right to pursue her dream of owning her own fabric shop. She opened Regal Fabrics in 2014. What a treasure we found on the South Hill! We took our first quilting class there tonight. We had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this business. They have a beautiful selection of fabrics and lots of classes.
