Regal Fabrics & Gifts opened with the goal to provide our customers with a reliable resource for premium quality fabrics. Having worked in the sewing industry since 1980, owner, Irene Fransk, felt the time was right to pursue her dream of owning her own fabric shop. She opened Regal Fabrics in 2014. This is a great quilt shop. My only problem is that I have a hard time resisting buying just because I like everything so much. The staff I s friendly and very helpful. I enjoy the Tuesday morning classes. It is nice to finish a project during a class or shortly thereafter. There seems to be fewer quilt shops in our area. I loved this shop and owner. Took the fabric bag class there tonight with 3 other ladies. The owner was such a wonderful teacher, patient and excellent skills in the classroom. fabrics are really nice and about $1 less per yard than the other shops in Spokane. She was also extremely helpful in helping my granddaughter pick out fabrics. I gem of a quilts shop on the south hill
