Lived here since 2019- staff is very approachable; and kind ; I like it is a small community where you get to know neighbors. The corporate people or owners need to give the management staff the resources to care for the property properly- Isabel is very hard working and capable of making this an A1 property but she has to have the resources- this property is older, and numerous issues need to be taken care of- but they can only do what they are allowed to do. Management has improved and I am happy with the return of Isabel! I feel more secure at the place I have chosen to call home. I had an AC leak that was fixed and have not had issues since. I even received calls from management to check in and confirm maintenance took care of the leak. I have better confidence in management and that the well being of the units and tenants are cared for.
I’ve had a great experience living at Regal Court Apartments ! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions. The amenities—like the pool, gym are top-notch and make living here really enjoyable. I also appreciate the convenient location, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. Overall, it's been a comfortable and hassle-free place to call home. Highly recommend!
Isabel the property manager does very well taking care of the residents and everything in the community, and she always has a smile on her face and in her messages. We like our large apartment and the location of the community. We have been residents since early 2021.
I have been living in this apartment complex for past 9 months and it has been a great experience overall. The management is responsive and professional, maintainance requests are handled quickly and the community feels safe and well-kept. The amenities are also clean and convenient. I have really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.
