I switched to this company hoping to get better service. I was so disappointed from start. It has been a problem every week from things being left uncleaned to just not showing up. One week they forgot the key to the next time saying the key doesn't work, sorry but the key worked last week. Last time I spoke with Melissa about the issue she just said sorry we can't please you and hung up. Talk about customer service!
Regal Clean is a fantastic service! We have them come in once a month for the big cleaning items that I can never seem to get around to :) (mopping, dusting, bathrooms, etc.) and we simply could not be happier with their service! Melissa is quick to response to my emails or calls, and we love the quality of their work. It's such a weight off of me, knowing that my home is taken care of so beautifully by such nice people. We would recommend Regal to anyone!
