Horrible customer service , seller raised voice at me because he didn’t like I was negotiating, overpriced vehicles and over priced “regal care” don’t fall for them .. end up getting a 26 Acadia for less than what they wanted me to pay for a 25 traverse ! What a joke !

I will never go back. The workers were so rude . I waited 3 hours for an oil change. And when I texted the service advisor to find out how much longer it was going to be, he took 36min to text me back. The tracker also didn’t update till after the service advisor finally texted me back. I wish someone told me that my oil change was going to be 3 hours because if I knew that it would take that long I would have gone somewhere else. No one even apologized for it taking so long either.
