my other car was in a wreck on Thursday. The insurance cleared everything up Monday around 11 am. and we came put here and Marry helped get us in a new van in less than an hour. love Regal the have taken care of us in the really bad time after the wreck. Thank you so much!
I’m currently a customer and honestly they are not all that I have been without my car since the 26th of December. For a simple recall they claim they sent it to a ford dealer to get the recall done I called every ford dealer to find my car no one had it the employees claim they have called them but honestly I feel no sense of urgency from them even though I told them I need my car back. Regal took three weeks to fix my car the first time, I called every day to every other day to check if the part was in and each time I got told they'd call me back, I never received a call back about the part, until finally they said I could bring my car in to have the cam shaft sensor replaced. After they finally fixed my car I got my car back with the engine light back on that same day, the car still stalling and my engine making a roaring noise.
