The Regal manager, Johnny, was really helpful. He listened to my concerns and followed up with me regarding my initial visit on August 9th. He took the time to personally look at my car, explain the issue, and address it. I truly appreciate that he took the time to understand my concerns instead of just seeing me as a dollar sign.
