Fabulous service, people and planes!
Regal Air blew us away, with their customer service, friendly smiles, safety and beautiful sights. We took a flight to Lakecreek lodge and then a return flight to Anchorage. It was breathtaking views and so peaceful. I have a fear of flying and Honestly never even realized(had my eyes closed) that we took off or landed. It was that SMOOTH!!!!
As we ended our Alaska trip, we had family and employee team members who had said to make sure we take a Denali flight. I kept remembering that but had nothing planned. While in a hike with my cousin Steve who owns Alaska Search marketing he said to see Mike and his team at Regal Air. Boy are we glad we did. We flew on two different planes on the same journey and the entire staff was first rate. They made us all comfortable and we are a family of VERY nervous passengers so that is not easy. The highlight of our two weeks trip !!! Awesome pilot and team at Regal Air
From the moment we walked up to the office we were greeted with smiles and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Our pilot, Scott, was fantastic. He pointed out things to us that we wouldnt have noticed on our own. He talked enough but not too much. Scott handled the plane very well and was very helpful with getting us in and out of the plane. This was the highlight of my trip and I will never forget the breathtaking scenery! Thank you Regal Air!!
What an amazing experience!! Dave was an awesome pilot and "tour guide". Couldn't have been better.
