Bought new rdx pre delivery was very poor vehicle was not clean correctly in both interior and exterior. Took vehicle back for service waited 5 hrs nothing was corrected and couldnt find assigned service writer. Another service writer apologies for the guy not showing up but not till hrs later. Would not recommend dealer at all
UPDATE 02/20/2025- so I get a call back from Regal Acura. After looking over my car that they did routine services on not too long ago and getting it back worse than when I brought it in I was told I need a new power steering pump and a new transmission. This is after they touched my car and flushed my transmission, front and rear differentials, and flushed my power steering on the initial visit. Needed some followup help getting my Serious XM paired with my Acura MDX radio! Brandon Exum came to the rescue and got this accomplished for me!
Worst service. Paid over $5000 in repairs and got the car back worse than when it went in. Had the timing and tensioner done and now the car ticks loud. This was a tick that wasn’t there. Yes the fuel treatment was performed by them as well. Had the transmission and differential serviced as recommend and now the car kicks. I was told the dvd system for the rear entertainment needed to be replaced and it didn’t. Told them my navigation screen is a deep orange color and was told by Chrissy that’s normal.
