I had an appointment on 10/25/2025 for an oil change on my Acura for 12:00pm. It took over 2-hours to have it performed. This happened to me the previous time before which took close to 2-hours also. I was looking at a new Acura yesterday but I am having reservations on buying one at your dealership due to the service I have received. I hate to, but I may need to go to Tampa or Orlando dealership for my future service and purchase needs. What a shame

Jeff the manager is not a professional worse dealer manager ever don't come here if Jeff is here doesn't want let you finished talking the worse manager on a dealer I came to.
I took my Acura for service the mechanic said he wanted They wanted to me to spend another another Thousand dollar to keep the car running and the van guy, the driver of the van would not Drive me to my house for me to have lunch. There was no courtesy car as was advertised Off. They have a lot of issues over there. next, I had to call the manager to have the paperwork for my payoff delivered to me in the mail because they forgot to give it to me and it’s not reported on your credit report.
