The therapist and counselors are top notch. i have been in the mental health field for over 30 years and this is where i take my family members and recommend it highly for anyone. day treatment is outstanding.
The therapist is very friendly so I'll give them that. The receptionist never calls to confirm appointments which is frustrating, and if she does call to confirm, the appointment time has changed which is very inconvenient if you've scheduled around going to the office. If you want to see the psychiatrist, you can only see him on Thursdays and since he's driving up from Miami, he usually either doesn't come at all or he's later than expected.
