After getting a crappy haircut, my friend Ashley told me to go check out Dot. Upon meeting Dot, she gave me the best haircut I ever had. She goes over how to style it, so when you leave you feel well informed on how to take care of your hair. Ever since, I have made it a point to only go to Refuge for a haircut.
