If you're looking to get healthy in a non judgmental environment, this is the perfect place. From the owner to the instructor everyone is helpful and encouraging. I lost 50 lbs with their help and encouragement, I feel the best I ever have in yrs.
Next week will be the 1 year that I have been enjoying Zumba, some Yoga and Pyio with Danielle. I started out with 2 classes at the VFW and she added one on Saturday in Chapin, Now look at me 70 lbs lighter and up to 6 classes a week and still going. Now I am ready for the next fitness challenge in January. Bring it on!! I have been to many other classes closer to my home in Farmington but, Refuel is worth my drive 4 - 5 days a week.
