I like the instructors. I enjoy the variety of classes that are provided.
I highly recommend Danelle as a personal trainer! I’ve been going to the gym for years, but often had backaches and tight muscles. Danelle introduced me to stretching techniques and free-weight training, which now allows me to comfortably lift more weight. She could see precisely what I needed to do to improve my form. If you are new to fitness or stuck at a plateau, I’m confident Danelle could help you out too.

Refuel has so many class to offer for all different fitness levels. Never in a million years did I think I would enjoy group fitness classes. Until I walked into Refuel 2 years ago. Not only have I met some of the most amazing people but I found classes that are challenging for me. Kfit and the Kfit/kettlebell mix are classes that are not only challenging but they are fun as well. And the new boxing class that is offered is amazing.
