I was charged for work that was not completed. When I called and spoke to Gwen she first said that I wasn't charged for a dispatch fee when it is clearly on the invoice. She stated that the tech came out twice based off the invoice (when he only came once) and then said he must of put the wrong dates. My biggest frustration with this company is that they will take their time on your equipment and then tell you the entire thing needs to be replaced due to the equipment being out dated when they could have mentioned that befor... read more
I manage a restaurant and these guys came out quick to help with a refrigeration issue we had and the service technician was so thorough and friendly. The problem was fixed and we continued business as usual. The whole experience was fantastic.
We are very happy with the service. Being a restaurant, HVAC and refrigeration are critical components of our operation. As the property manager I want a company that I do not have to follow around. I do not have time for that. I also need a single point of accountability and now I have Brittney before her I had Derek both excellent at what they do. The commitment and follow through are outstanding. Highly recommend this company.
