We have been using Refrigeration Heros for about 2 years now. They have been great to work with and have gotten us out of several tuff situations with our equipment. Most recently our large walk in prime, local meat freezer went down and would not cool, in fact it was heating? What the Heck!! Unfortunately after using this company for 5 years, I can honesty say I will NEVER use the company again! The quick version, is one of the techs came out to replace the springs for the handles on one of our frozen yogurt machines and wound up shorting out the mechanical boards, on May 20th.
