Service is top notch with Refrigeration Heroes.
We have had Refrigeration Heroes come out to work on our refrigerator a couple of times. They are always courteous, professional and friendly. They explain everything about the problem and offer solutions that make sense.
They always do a great job and are very reliable.
Great experience! Had 3 ovens down, 2 are now fixed, have an estimate to fix the 3rd. Very professional and prompt. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable. Will use services again.
Zero stars- Google makes you enter a star to post. DO NOT USE RH! We put our trust and faith in RH and were deceived (not told the absolute truth) and abandoned with the unit we purchased for $3.3k (with a said 5 year warranty). We were later told this unit was not supposed to be used for mobile use (It is installed on a mobile trailer and RH worked on this unit several times) and then another $1.8K in repairs only for the unit to fail again and be told that RH would not be working on the unit any more.
