This company was very responsive , great communication and very fair rates. Our walk in freezer went down on a Sunday, we were a new customer as of that call. They were able to get someone out the following morning diagnose a bad compressor and have it fixed before anything thawed and product was lost. The Technician Albert was awesome. Called these guys to work on an ice machine and give it a thorough PM. Set up, schedule confirmation, service, and the recap email that followed was EXCELLENT! A few days later, a walk in cooler was getting too warm. I tossed the opportunity right back to the Refrigeration Heroes team.
