Very quick response, did a great job. Very professional.
I was charged over $800 by a refrigerator repair company. The technician entered my shop and performed the service without disclosing any price. Only after the work was completed did they present an invoice and pressured me to sign. I was deprived of the opportunity to refuse or compare prices. This service misrepresentation and deceptive trade practice.
The technicians did a great job and finished in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!!
Refrigeration Heroes has really helped us out. They are very quick to send a tech out and give great service. Josh and Brittany helped get two of our rational ovens back in service the same day which was vital equipment to our operation
This company now sends novices to provide on-site repairs, deliberately spending a lot of time to make a profit. It's really disgusting.
