Brittney Richardson, our rep at Refrigeration Heroes, reached out following a string of storms. She walked through the entire facility, listened to our concerns. 24 hours later, a Refrigeration Hero tech was at the facility and did a thorough inspection. Quotes were in our hands in 24 hours. Thorough, prompt, polite and always available!
They charge me over $200 + for just take a look at it and say I need a new unit nothing was done that day but before service the ask for a credit card right away!!! Not happy with the service and the way they colect money.
