Driver of one of their vans flew past me doing close to if not over 80 miles per hour in a 45. Proceeded to enter carpool lane with no passengers, just himself in the 2 passenger work van.
WOW! I am shocked. I am trying to get service for our commercial freezer as they are "certified" to repair it. I have been sending emails all day to the company and they keep bouncing back as spam. The office manager (woman who would not give me her name) said without getting a credit card before service and via the "not working" email, I would have to go to another business. DO NOT TRUST THEM! They DEMAND a 3% fee for using a credit card but give you no other option to pay! They will not come out until you give them a credit card. Plus, they over bill for the actual time they were here. 1.5 hours and they billed for 2.5 hours. And a $40 credit card fee. And to top it all off...I FOUND THE PROBLEM AND GAVE THE THE TECH THE FIX! I was just robbed for $345.76!!!
