Guy was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in repairing the compressor on our True commercial refrigerator. He quickly assessed the issue and determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. Martha, in the office, was also wonderful to work with and kept us informed while we waited about a week for the replacement part to arrive. Once the part was in, Guy arrived on time, completed the repair efficiently, and now our refrigerator is working flawlessly. Driver speeding on freeway and barely missed hitting our front end while cutting us off - absolutely no consideration for safety. Almost caused a serious accident! We saw him continue recklessly driving after that cutting off trucks and cars and going across multiple lanes while speeding!
