I came home to very warm house and called Bob’s just after 4pm. By 4:45 we had a tech out investigating. They arrived back first thing the next morning and worked all day to resolve the issue. The part was under warranty and they graciously extended the warranty on the labor since it had just barely expired. We had Colby out to our home today, and he was very helpful. Not only did he diagnose and correct our balancing problem, he offered cost-effective alternatives to solve our overall cooling issues. In addition, he pointed out festering problems that we wouldn’t have otherwise known about. He was very knowledgeable about his business, while being polite and friendly. We had a few electrical problems that Bob's employees did a great job of fixing. The did it professionally, quick and at a fair price, I can confidently recommend them.
