Perfectly competent and professional service....at a rate of $1196/hour. That's right; I just paid $598 for a 30minute install of a new blower motor in my air handler. On top of an $89 service call. I always thought Bobs was expensive just based on how much they charged for routine service calls but this was just insane. Congrats Bobs, you made a lot of money on this particular call, and lost everything you could have made in the future.
AWESOME JOB!!! We had a complete HVAC system replaced in our home. Robby the owner and his crew are true craftsmen, their attention to detail shows in every aspect of their work. We had major problems with our old system and they were able to correct the problems and surpass my expectations on every level. Would definitely recommend Bobs Ac and Heat you will not be disappointed bonus his bid was the best also!
5 stars! The service was excellent. They sent someone the day I called, New Years Eve. The technician Lee was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure as soon as the parts came in he was here fixing it. I appreciated the quick, reliable service i received.
