I can’t recommend Matt enough. He is a wealth of wisdom, guidance and support. I was fortunate to participate in his Somatic Release event and WOW. It was very therapeutic, healing and blissful to say the least. If you get an opportunity to sit, practice or study with him I would jump on it .
