I have had trouble with my weight on and off my whole life. I was put in weight watchers in 4th grade. I never truly healed my relationship with food until I started working with Matt. At my heaviest I was 260lbs. When I started working with Matt, I was at 220lbs. I am now sitting around 190lbs. 30 lbs lost so far, and I am still working toward my goal of 150lbs. I can’t recommend Matt enough. He is a wealth of wisdom, guidance and support. I was fortunate to participate in his Somatic Release event and WOW. It was very therapeutic, healing and blissful to say the least. If you get an opportunity to sit, practice or study with him I would jump on it .
